Who it's for

Shops, designers and kit makers

  1. Shops

Canvases only your shop carries. Send your own designs or ask us to draw your town's landmarks or the event you're hosting.

  2. Designers

You draw it, we print it. Or hand us the idea and we'll design it. Your designs stay yours and we never sell or share them.

  3. Kit makers

Canvases at the size and mesh your kits need, printed from your files or designed by us.

How it works

From your file to your shelf

  1. Send us the details

Tell us what you need: canvas design, printing, or both. Then how many designs, how many of each, the design and canvas size, the mesh, and your in-hand date. No files needed yet.

  2. We send a quote

Pricing is per canvas, based on how many of each size you order. Shipping is billed at cost.

Note: Blank canvas is not held for your project until invoice is paid.

  3. Share your files

Once you approve the quote and pay invoice, send your print-ready files or the photos/ideas for a design and we'll get started.

  4. We print and ship

Once designs are ready, we print your canvases in-house and ship them to you.

Specs

How big can you print?

We print on an xTool M2. It has an L-shaped bed, so there are two ways to use it: up to about 12 x 11 in for square or round designs, or up to about 15 x 6 in for long ones like pillows, straps or key fobs.

Which mesh do you print on?

13 and 18 mesh Zweigart mono canvas.

What files do you need?

A print-ready PNG: exported from design software like Stitchly at 1 pixel per stitch, with no texture or 3D stitch effect. A design 72 stitches wide is a PNG 72 pixels wide.

From Stitchly: open the design, go to Export and choose Image. Under Settings, set Appearance to Pixels, set Add Border to No, and hide symbols. When you export, choose the Pixels option.

Nothing gets uploaded through the quote form. We'll ask for files after we send a quote, and we're happy to sign an NDA or work-for-hire agreement first. No print file yet? We can design it for you.

Can the canvases be wet blocked?

Our canvases are printed with water-based ink and sealed with a clear coat. They're safe to dry block and lightly mist, but we don't recommend wet blocking or submerging them for an extended period of time.

How do the canvases come?

Cut to the canvas size you ask for with raw edges.

02

Ordering

How much does printing cost?

We quote every order. Pricing is per canvas, based on how many canvases of each size you order and designs can be mixed. Shipping is billed at cost.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order at this time.

How long does it take?

Right now we're running about 2 to 4 weeks from paid invoice to shipping, depending on order size. Tell us the latest you need canvases in hand when you ask for a quote, and we'll tell you if we can make it.

Your designs

Will you sign an NDA or work-for-hire agreement?

Yes, we're happy to review and sign either one before you share files. Your designs stay yours and we don't sell, copy or share them. We never post a design we're printing for you without your permission or before you release it.

Can you print any artwork?

We only print art you own or have permission to use. If a design belongs to another artist, we'll need their permission before we print it.

Can you design a canvas for my shop?

Yes. Design is its own service: we can design a canvas and print it or just design it. Send photos or ideas, like a local landmark or an event you're hosting, and we'll draw it for you. You'll get a proof of each design to approve before anything prints with one round of changes included.

Designs we make for your shop are yours and we won't sell or print them for anyone else.
