HC Needlepoint Co. ("we," "us") sells printed needlepoint canvases through this store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Printed canvases

Printed canvases ship within the US via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking, at a flat $7 per order. We print, pack, and ship within 1 to 3 business days.

Every canvas is printed for your order, so canvas sales are final and orders can't be cancelled once placed. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we'll send a replacement or refund. Our Return and Refund Policy has the full detail.

Order accuracy and availability

We do our best to keep prices, descriptions, and availability accurate, but mistakes happen. If something's wrong with your order, a listing error, a design that sold out, a pricing mistake, we'll contact you to fix it or cancel and refund that order.

Colors and printing

We edit product photos to represent each canvas accurately and in its best light, but screen colors are approximate and monitors vary.

Our canvases are printed, not hand-painted. We print every one in-house, and the colors come out crisp and ready to stitch.

Personal use only

Printed canvases are for personal, non-commercial stitching use. Don’t resell, redistribute, or share design files. If you’re a local needlepoint shop interested in stocking our designs, contact us.

Fan art and unofficial designs

Some designs are inspired by characters, places, or properties owned by others. These are unofficial fan art, not licensed or endorsed by the rights holders. If you are a rights holder with a concern about a specific design, contact us and we'll address it.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your state or province, or have a parent or guardian complete the purchase for you.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Limitation of liability

We provide this store and its products as-is. Beyond what's stated above, we don't make other warranties about them, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products, only for what's expressly promised in these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to order from us after a change means you accept the update.
