Our story / Brad & Jillian
It started with a gingham key fob.
A few hours and an inkjet printer later, HC Needlepoint Co. was born!
How HC started
Well, that escalated quickly.
Jillian wanted a hobby that kept her off her screen. Brad wanted to know what she was working on.
In February 2026, Jillian decided to try needlepoint as part of a monthly curriculum she'd put together for herself. A physical hobby and a solo date, all knocked out in one trip to a local needlepoint store.
She came home with a pink gingham key fob. Brad got interested right away, and before long he was basketweaving while Jillian was still getting familiar with what the word even meant! We ended up figuring out that first project together.
Then we started looking for more canvases. Some of the designs we wanted just weren't out there.
Brad put his graphic design background to work. We started drawing what we wanted to stitch and printing it. That was the start of HC.
Our designs come from things we wanted to stitch.
Our process
We print it. You make it yours.
We design and print our canvases ourselves on Zweigart mono canvas. Then you bring the threads and stitches.
We're still learning, too. If you're wondering about mesh, sizing, or where to start, ask us. No question is too basic!

Okay, whose initials are they?
Our dog's. His government name is Hamilton Cornelius. You can call him Hammy.
